Talbot Design Group has won four awards, including two “First Place” Addys and two “Citations of Excellence”, at the recent 1995-1996 Addy Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Ventura County Ad Club, according to owner, GayLyn Talbot.

Judged by distinguished advertising professionals, the awards were presented to Talbot Design Group for the following four categories:

(1) Counter Display-First Place Addy
(2) Holiday Card-First Place Addy
(3) Corporate Logo-Citation of Excellence
(4) Brochure-Citation of Excellence.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE DESIGN FIRM RECOGNIZED AMONG THE NATION’S BEST

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – The work of Talbot Design Group of Westlake Village has been selected from 4,000 entrants to appear in the upcoming American Corporate Identity (ACI) annual publication. The ACI competition has become a highly regarded showcase for the best work in American identity graphics. The competition attracted work from some of the best-known design firms in the country.

Talbot Design Group has won awards in both logo design and letterhead design catergories. The Oaks Shopping Center “Tools 4 Schools” logo has been selected for the best logo category, while the Lamar Snowboards letterhead has been recognized for the best letterhead category.

TALBOT DESIGN NAMED DESIGNER OF THE MONTH

Talbot Design Group has been named by DesignSphere as its December Designer of the Month for its home page design on the Internet. Talbot Design Group was chosen from hundreds of designers listed nationwide on the DesignSphere directory. According to Irene Woerner, vice president of Engineering at DesignSphere, Talbot’s home page was selected because of its look, feel and overall web experience.
